SHIPPING POLICIES:

Shipping Fees are listed on most items with options including Postal Service, or Courier Services. 

FREE Shipping is offered on select items only. If you are unsure about shipping fees or procedures please contact Collector Warehouse directly via email or by phone.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY RESTRICTIONS:WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE ITEMS FROM THE FREE SHIPPING POLICY. WE DO TRY AND SHIP AT COMPETITIVE RATES TO THE CUSTOMER, BUT UNFORTUNATELY SOME ITEMS THAT ARE HEAVY OR BULKY ARE DIFFICULT TO SHIP ECONOMICALLY. SOME ITEMS WILL SHOW A FIXED FREIGHT RATE WHEN VIEWED ON OUR SITE. 

IN ALL INSTANCES YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS TO NOTIFY YOU OF ANY EXTRA FREIGHT CHARGES NOT CHARGED AT THE TIME OF ORDER. AT THAT TIME YOU CAN EITHER APPROVE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU WISH.

P.O. BOX SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We can only ship small orders to PO Boxes due to Post Office limitations. Larger orders must ship to a physical address. For your protection, a signature may be required upon delivery of your order.

We are unable to ship your order to an any address other than the billing address of your credit card. If you require your order to be sent to a different address we ask that you set up a PayPal account and add a verified secondary address for the order to go to.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

Items that are too large to qualify for our standard shipping rates may be shipped via freight carrier. If alternative shipping methods including freight, are required for your order you will be contacted and offered options, including the option to cancel the order should you so choose. 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). That means you can expect your order to ship within 2 to 4 business days in most cases.  Shipping times are estimates, and are dependent on the efficiency of the courier service chosen.  We process orders and prepare for shipping on site, but hand off packages to third party courier services including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and Purolator.  Other services may also be used depending on circumstances at the time of order placement. You will be notified of any delays because of out of stock items.  Tracking numbers will be provided at the time of shipping.

DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY:

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to insure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. Collector Warehouse will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of order placement.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

All of our shipments are delivered by common carriers. We use many different 3rd party couriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and Purolator. Once your shipment is handed off to a courier it is largely outside of our control when it will be delivered. We do make every effort to provide accurate tracking information and assist you with any problems with a courier however we are not responsible for any delays that the courier may encounter delivering your package. We do not offer any guarantee of delivery date or time once the package leaves our shipping department.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise.

Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED". All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: collectorwarehouse@mail.com or call us directly.

Unfortunately we cannot make or allow claims against any shipment which is not marked as "DAMAGED" with the courier or freight company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to carefully check each shipment and notify the courier of damage before signing to accept the shipment.

RETURN POLICY:

You must contact our Customer Service Department to return any goods purchased and to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Most used items are tested prior to sale, and their condition is disclosed at the time or listing on our website, and therefore most used items are non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns your can contact us via email, or telephone to discuss. Shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases unless an item was shipped by Collector Warehouse incorrectly. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified at the time or purchase, or unless otherwise authorized by the Collector Warehouse customer service department.

You may return select new items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if the item is marked eligible for return on the website at the time of purchase.  To be eligible for return an item must be defective or not as advertised meaning the item received is not what you ordered. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Ladders and safety equipment

  • Precision tools

  • Any specialty tool including automotive and mechanical

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts

  • Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids

  • Returns on special orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because of our error

  • Contact us by email at collectorwarehouse@mail.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) numbe

 

For prompt and accurate credit follow these steps for returning merchandise

  1. Get your RA number

  2. Write the RA number clearly on all packages being returned.

  3. Include a short explanation of why item is being returned and a copy of the invoice.

  4. Credits will be issued in same manner in which you paid.

  5. No freight collect of COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.

 

PRICING AND CURRENCY:

CollectorWarehouse.com is a Canadian owned and operated business. Our customers are never charged any customs duties or brokerage fees when items are shipped within Canada. Items shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, or brokerage fees.  All prices on our website are in Canadian dollars.

 

TAXES:

Every order is subject to all applicable taxes for the shipping location.

 

WARRANTY:

In many cases new merchandise sold through Collector Warehouse is protected by a standard manufacturer's warranty. CollectorWarehouse.com will put you in contact with any manufacturer for warranty claims. For warranties on used items please refer to product descriptions at the time of purchase.  Used items are sold "as is", unless otherwise specified. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment methods include all major credit cards. All credit card transactions are processed via paypal, however no PayPal account is required to use this system on our website. All rules, regulations, fees, and policies regarding use of PayPal services are stipulated and applied by PayPal independent of Collector Warehouse.
